These 10 capabilities are the most important capabilities for the public relations and communication management profession from an Indonesian perspective.
These findings are the result of research starting from June 2019 to August 2020 with the aim of identifying and mapping the core capabilities that are most needed by Indonesian PR practitioners in carrying out their profession. This study was conducted by researchers from the London School of Public Relations (LSPR) Communication and Business Institute, Jakarta, Indonesia.
