On February, 2018, Mrs. Yuliana R. Prasetyawati as Head of CAPRS visited Denhaag and Groningen, Netherland. This visit aims were to promote ASEAN and offer a collaboration research about ASEAN to them.

Mrs. Yuliana visited Hanze University located in Groningen, Netherland, on 22nd February 2018. Yuliana got a book titled “China and the European Union: Concord or Conflict” from Mr. Pieter Swieringa, a lecturer in Hanze University who also the book writer, after campus tour and latest development of ASEAN and its dialogue partner countries discussion there.

In that book, one of the discussed articles is about China, Japan and the New East Asia-Toward a Change in World Hegemony. Mr. Rien Segers as the article writer offered a classic account of an ongoing power shift to Eastern countries in a multi-polar world.

After that, still in the same day, Mrs. Yuliana met the lecturer research team lead by Dr. Oliver Nyirubugara from The Hague University to discuss about the upcoming research collaboration. Mrs. Yuliana also gave a presentation on ASEAN’s research and education activities that have been done by CAPRS and APRN. As the meeting result, CAPRS of LSPR – Jakarta and The Hague University will conduct a research collaboration about Young Generation’s Perspective about ASEAN. The research method that will be used is survey towards The Hague University’s students.

Mrs. Yuliana gave ASEAN Public Relations Conference (APRC) Proceedings to Mr. R. Rawal, the Dean of Faculty of Management & Organisation, as the visit souvenir to The Hague University. The proceedings will be put in The Hague University’s library.

In this special occasion, Mrs. Yuliana became the guest lecturer and gave sharing about her research, on one of Indonesia’s company campaign. In the presentation, Mrs. Yuliana said that the main strength of this campaign is by using emotional approach and highlighting the family elements with storytelling delivery method.
