Through this exercise, participants can gain better insight on the how communication can position ASEAN globally competitive as well as how to maximize and harvest ASEAN&#8217;s brands towards its full potential. For students and academic community, this conference adds stronger credential to the academic standing,&#8221; said\u00a0Prita Kemal Gani, Founder of APRN.<\/p>\n<p>This conference will invite prominent speakers from businesses, academia, professionals, thought leaders and VIP officials from all over ASEAN countries. The Minister of Communication and Informatics of\u00a0Indonesia, Rudiantara; The Minister of Tourism of\u00a0Indonesia,\u00a0Arief Yahya; The Minister of Trade of\u00a0Indonesia, Enggartiasto Lukita; Chairman of TRANS Corp,\u00a0Chairul Tanjung; and\u00a0Indonesia&#8217;s\u00a0Police Chief,\u00a0Tito Karnavian\u00a0\u2013 are several among many others who will share their view on how PR and Communication can nurture or rupture an organization or even a country.<\/p>\n<p>This 3-day conference consists of pre conference programs such as Submission of Papers\/Abstract, Association workshops and a welcome reception. Participants will be entertained with the magic of\u00a0Bali\u00a0while attending conference by presentation of cultural gala dinner and a post conference tour.<\/p>\n<p>The conference is open for public and to make it more effective, seats are limited. Flights to and from\u00a0Bali\u00a0around September might be an issue because it is a high season period.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To participate in this conference there are several packages with different rates. The first program is\u00a0<strong>Call for Papers\/Abstract<\/strong>. It is a pre conference program scheduled on\u00a020 September 2017.<\/li>\n<li>The second program is the main conference scheduled to take place on 21 &amp;\u00a022 September 2017.<\/li>\n<li>The last program is post conference tour (tentative) and will be offered as free tour for all registered conference participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About ASEAN Public Relations Network (APRN):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Established in\u00a0June 2014, ASEAN Public Relations Network (APRN) aims to serve as a platform to facilitate connectivity among PR leaders, PR practitioners, PR educators, PR institutions in the region, and Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management the confederation of the world&#8217;s major PR and communication management associations and institutions, representing 500.000 practitioners and academics around the world and 160.000 in American PR Society alone.<\/p>\n<p>Based in\u00a0Jakarta, Indonesia, it comprises membership of corporations, PR agencies, Communication institutions and universities, PR National Associations, and PR professionals across\u00a0South East Asia.<\/p>\n<p>The 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0ASEAN PR Conference (APRC) is organized to bring together international delegates to\u00a0Bali-Indonesia\u00a0on\u00a020-22 September 2017, together with the celebration of ASEAN&#8217;s 50<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0anniversary in 2017.
